Modis is seeking a Partner Operations Manager in Manchester to lead the external partner network, shaping governance and service standards. This role sits hybrid in Manchester and offers a route to influence how partnerships deliver value across the organisation.

You will work across multiple business functions to ensure partnerships support growth, deliver excellent service and are governed to maximise efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex operational relationships including external partners, suppliers, service providers and key stakeholders.
• Experience managing the full partner life cycle.
• Track record of improving processes and driving performance.

Responsabilités

• Understand the operational needs of the growing business and how that affects partner requirements.
• Support onboarding of new partners and manage relationships with key external partners.
• Establish performance metrics, reporting and management information.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective partner relationships.
• Develop governance processes and service standards.
• Monitor partner performance and drive service improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate due diligence, compliance and contract lifecycle activities.
