Job summary

Fractory in Manchester seeks a Partner Network Manager to lead our Manufacturing Partner network. You will report to the Head of Partner Network, build and manage regional relationships, and guide network development to ensure capability and capacity for customers.

You will own end-to-end partner relationships, conduct regular performance reviews, and coordinate with Sales, Project Engineering and Partner Engineer to keep operations efficient and reliable.

Qualifications

• Technical grounding in mechanical engineering reading drawings and tolerances

Responsibilities

• Own the Manufacturing Partner network end to end, its composition and performance
• Visit partners regularly to audit and provide feedback on performance
• Negotiate terms on cost, lead time and invoicing while maintaining standards
• Analyze partner data to optimize network capability and capacity
• Onboard new partners and remove underperformers to maintain quality
• Maintain accurate partner data across Airtable, platform and related documents
