• Manage relationships with external partners and service providers.
• Support assessment, selection and onboarding of new partnerships.
• Develop governance frameworks, service standards and performance measures.
• Establish KPIs, reporting and MI to monitor performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational requirements.
• Drive service improvement and resolve performance issues.
• Support contract reviews, renewals and commercial discussions.
• Coordinate due diligence and governance processes.
• Help build scalable processes to support growth.
