Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to YouTube partners via email communication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize YouTube products and services, ensuring partner satisfaction.
• Work with Partner Managers and Partner Technology Managers to develop and implement partner-centric business plans and growth strategies.
• Monitor, measure, and analyze partner performance, identifying opportunities for operational improvements and process enhancements.
• Use key metrics to analyze data, translating findings into actionable insights.
• Enhance the scalability of the Partner Operations team by developing solutions, improving efficiency, and conducting root cause analysis.
