Qualifications

• ACCA/ACA qualified with CTA preferred.
• Proven experience leading a team and winning new business.
• Experience in accounting and tax work.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
• Oversee and review accounts, financial statements, corporation tax, and personal tax returns.
• Build relationships with clients, colleagues, and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of client work and deadlines.
• Work closely with Partners to support the growth of the practice.
• Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives.
