Job summary

TPF Recruitment Ltd is sourcing an Accounts & Tax Manager (Partner Designate) for a respected Sevenoaks practice. You will manage your own portfolio of owner-managed businesses and lead a small team, with clear progression towards partnership as part of a succession plan.

You'll oversee accounts, tax and financial statements, work closely with partners, and have opportunities in business development and potential audits. A competitive benefits package is on offer.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent by experience.
• 5–10+ years in accountancy practice.
• Experience in preparing accounts and tax returns.

Responsibilities

• Manage own client portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and Ltd companies.
• Oversee production of accounts, financial statements, corporation tax and personal tax.
• Liaise with partners to ensure smooth running of the business.
• Develop relationships across teams and with clients.
• Identify opportunities for business development/marketing.
• Involvement in audit work if interested.
