Job summary

Outwood Grange Academy is seeking a dedicated Work Placement Coordinator to drive T-Level and vocational placements and secure industry opportunities for students. You will source placements, build local employer partnerships, and support learners, including those with learning disabilities, to thrive in real work environments.

The role initially offers 18.5 hours per week with potential for expansion, and starts 01 September 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating work placements or work-based learning.
• Strong organisation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Understanding of T-Level guidelines is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, allocation, and management of T-Level and vocational work placements.
• Build partnerships with local employers and providers.
• Support students, including those with learning disabilities, to thrive in the workplace.
• Ensure course requirements are met throughout the academic year.
• Maintain records and stay updated on DfE T-Level guidelines.
