Outwood Grange Academy is seeking a proactive Work Placement Coordinator to lead our T-Level and vocational placement programmes. The role focuses on sourcing meaningful industry placements, building partnerships with local employers, and supporting students to thrive in the workplace.

The part-time position of 18.5 hours per week during term time (with potential for expansion to full-time from September 2027) offers a permanent role starting 1 September 2026.

Work Placement Coordinator

Hours: 18.5 hours per week during term time plus five days

Salary: £12,846.69 to £13,269.81

Start Date: 01 September 2026.

Are you passionate about bridging the gap between education and employment? We are seeking a proactive, highly organised Work Placement Coordinator to take the lead in unlocking brilliant career opportunities for our young people.

In this vital role, you will be the driving force behind our T-Level and vocational work-placement programmes. You will source meaningful industry placements, build lasting partnerships with local employers, and support students including those with learning disabilities and difficulties, to thrive in the workplace.

This is a part time role working 18.5 hours however, pending a review during the academic year 2026 to 2027, there may be the opportunity for the role to increase to a full-time position for September 2027. The role is permanent.
