• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring operational standards.
• Working with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Using consultative approach to understand customers' needs and suggest in-store or online products.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
