Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Leeds is seeking a Retail Assistant to greet customers, recommend products and keep the store area well presented. You will help customers find items that fit their wellness goals and support promotions with a friendly, knowledgeable approach.

The role is permanent, part-time (15 hours per week) with a pay of £13.17 per hour. Training and development are provided to build product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn about health and wellness products.
• Ability to work in a busy retail environment.
• Comfort with tablets and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find products for wellness goals.
• Recommending products with confidence while delivering great service.
• Keeping shelves stocked and displays well merchandised.
• Supporting promotions and maintaining store standards.
• Collaborating with the team to hit store targets.
• Using consultative approach to advise on in-store or online availability.
