Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Retail Assistant for a 14-hour-per-week role in the UK. You will welcome customers, help them choose products aligned with wellness goals, and provide outstanding service.

Training will build product knowledge and you’ll support promotions in a fast-paced store environment. Ideal candidates are passionate about health, possess strong communication skills, and enjoy working in a collaborative team while using tablets and digital tools to enhance the shopping

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable style.
• Curiosity about health and wellness, with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to stay organised, work as part of a team and adapt in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using technology, including tablets and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, in-store or online.
• Complete our Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
