Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Northampton is seeking a Retail Assistant to help create welcoming experiences for every customer. This permanent, part-time role (12 hours/week) offers training, support and opportunities to grow knowledge in health and wellness.

You’ll nurture customer relationships, stock shelves, and assist with promotions while collaborating with your team. You’ll gain product knowledge through our Qualified to Advise program and provide trusted guidance both in-store and online,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their wellness goals.
• Recommending products with confidence while delivering excellent service.
• Keeping shelves stocked and displays well merchandised.
• Supporting promotions and maintaining store presentation and standards.
• Working with the team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Using a consultative approach to understand needs and recommend products (in store or online).
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge and guidance.
