Holland & Barrett is hiring a Retail Assistant for a permanent role at our Telford store. The part-time position offers 8 hours per week with a pay of £13.17 per hour. You will welcome customers, help them find the right wellness products and support store promotions while maintaining an inviting shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Confidence using technology, including tablets and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find products for wellness goals.
• Recommending products with confident, excellent customer service.
• Keeping shelves stocked and displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and standards.
• Collaborating with the team to achieve store goals and positive shopping experiences.
• Using a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and advise on products (in-store or online).
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge.
