Job summary

Holland & Barrett is looking for a Retail Assistant in Canterbury, part-time 10 hours per week, offering £13.17 per hour. You’ll help customers find products that support their wellness goals, provide friendly advice and maintain an inviting store environment to drive great shopping experiences.

You’ll join a supportive team, complete the training to gain product knowledge, and contribute to promotions while delivering excellent service across channels.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable style.
• Curiosity about health and wellness, with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to stay organized, work as part of a team and adapt in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using technology, including tablets and digital tools.

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding service.
• Keeping shelves stocked and displays presented to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and operational standards.
• Collaborating with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Understanding customers' needs and recommending in-store or online products.
