Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Maidstone is hiring a Retail Assistant for a permanent 10-hour-per-week role at £13.17 per hour. You will welcome customers, help them choose products for wellness goals, and keep shelves stocked while supporting promotional activity.

Training is provided to build product knowledge, enabling you to offer trusted guidance and a high-quality shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

Experience delivering friendly customer service in a retail environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn about health and wellbeing products.

Responsibilities

Welcomes customers and helps them find products for wellness goals.
Recommends products with confidence and delivers excellent service.
Keeps shelves stocked and maintains high merchandising standards.
Supports promotions and store presentation, ensuring operational standards.
Collaborates with the team to reach store goals and create positive shopping experiences.
Uses a consultative approach to understand customer needs and recommend products (in-store or online).
