Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Exmouth is hiring a Retail Assistant to warmly welcome customers and help them choose products for their wellness goals. You’ll deliver friendly, knowledgeable service, keep shelves stocked and support promotions to maintain a high standard of store presentation.

• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
