Job summary

Holland & Barrett conducts a Retail Assistant role in the United Kingdom on a 6-month fixed-term contract for 10 hours per week at £13.17 per hour. You will welcome customers and help them find products that fit their wellbeing goals, delivering outstanding service in a friendly store environment.

You will stock shelves, support promotions, and maintain store presentation while using tablets and digital tools to assist customers.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable style.
• Curiosity about health and wellness, with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to stay organised, work as part of a team and adapt in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using technology, including tablets and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find products for wellbeing goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering customer service.
• Keeping shelves stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions and maintaining store presentation and operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Using a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend products in-store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge.
