Mole Valley Farmers Limited is hiring a Warehouse / Yard Assistant in Fauld to join our Yard / Feedstore team. This hands-on role focuses on stock control, accuracy of deliveries, and delivering friendly, practical customer service in a busy outdoor environment.

Contract: Permanent, Hours: Part-time (5.5 hours per week, Sundays). The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to health and safety policies while supporting stock integrity and store standards.

Qualifications

• Experience providing excellent customer service in a practical, hands-on retail setting.
• Experience in manual handling and safe lifting practices.
• Experience working in an agricultural or feedstore environment.
• Forklift Truck licence (desirable).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and flexible team player committed to success.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a practical and customer-focused Warehouse / Yard Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll help keep our feedstore and yard organised, safe, and ready for customers. About The Role

As Warehouse / Yard Assistant, you'll play a key role in managing stock, supporting operational standards, and ensuring customers receive excellent service. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe environment and make sure every interaction reflects our values: customer first, innovative, knowledgeable, honest, committed, and courageous.
