Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers Limited in Winchester is seeking a practical Warehouse/Yard Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent role with 40 hours per week, including weekends, at our Winchester location.

You will help manage stock, keep the yard and feedstore organised, and deliver friendly, service-focused help to customers. A forklift licence is desirable and training is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience providing excellent customer service in a practical, hands-on retail setting.
• Experience in manual handling and safe lifting practices.
• Experience working in an agricultural or feedstore environment.
• Forklift Truck licence (desirable)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and flexible team player committed to success.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with goods inwards, stock rotation, and accurate processing of deliveries.
• Maintaining integrity of stock records and ensuring correct selling of items.
• Keeping feedstore and yard areas organised and compliant with company standards.
• Delivering friendly, solution-focused service to all customers.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety policies and company procedures.
