Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers Limited is seeking a Warehouse / Yard Assistant in Redhill to support our feedstore and yard operations. The role is part-time with a 24-hour weekly rota across 3 days. You will help manage stock, assist customers, and maintain a tidy, safe environment to ensure smooth service.

Ideal candidates will have a full driving licence, experience in customer service, and the ability to lift safely. A forklift licence is desirable and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a full driving licence and be able to travel to site.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a practical retail setting.
• Experience with manual handling and safe lifting practices.
• Forklift licence is desirable but not essential; training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with goods inwards, stock rotation, and accurate processing of deliveries.
• Maintaining stock records and ensuring correct selling of items.
• Keeping feedstore and yard areas organised and compliant with company standards.
• Delivering friendly, solution-focused service to all customers.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety policies and company procedures.
