Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• PC literacy with good understanding of Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility regarding shift patterns.
• Ability to obtain Full SC Level Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and manage your team to achieve and exceed performance objectives.
• Ensure efficient operations across goods in, packing, kitting, goods out, loading, and unloading.
• Maintain stock accuracy and integrity to contractual levels.
• Drive Health & Safety compliance through proactive risk assessments.
• Monitor performance, attendance, and training needs.
