inspiring vet care seeks a friendly, organised Veterinary Administrator/Receptionist for Forge Farm Vets on a part-time fixed-term basis. The role involves welcoming clients, managing appointments and assisting in client communications, with training provided.

The position is 19 hours per week over 3 days (Tue, Wed 9am-3pm, Fri 9am-5pm) in beautiful Shropshire, offering a range of staff benefits and development opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in veterinary practice or customer-facing role would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients, delivering a welcoming, professional experience.
• Manage appointments and handle enquiries.
• Support client communications and work with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
• Handle administrative tasks using computers and standard software.
