inspiring vet care is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our Heswall practice on a part-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, delivering a welcoming, professional and caring experience while supporting appointment scheduling.

Working 35 hours per week across 4 shifts with a 1 in 3 Saturday morning rota, you’ll help manage the diary, handle enquiries, process payments and maintain accurate client records.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication skills and a professional, welcoming manner.
• Experience in a customer-facing role with strong focus on service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting clients and their pets in a warm and professional manner.
• Managing appointments and maintaining the practice diary.
• Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries.
• Handling payments and processing invoices.
• Maintaining accurate client and patient records.
• Supporting the veterinary team with administrative tasks.
• Ensuring the reception area remains clean, calm, and welcoming.
