Job summary

CVS Vets’ Old Courts Veterinary Centre in Brigg is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to put pets first. You will manage calls, schedule appointments, greet clients and handle insurance forms, medications, and payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a receptionist or client-focused role is essential.
• A veterinary setting is a bonus, but not required.
• Strong communication and empathy with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Respond to queries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism.
• Greet and register new clients, ensuring a warm welcome.
• Process and manage insurance forms and payments.
• Distribute medications and support payments and refunds as needed.
• Utilise the in-house system to organise patient information.
