inspiring vet care in Leicester is seeking a friendly Receptionist on a part-time permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for clients, managing appointments, handling enquiries, and supporting a positive client and patient journey.

The role requires excellent communication, organisation, and a proactive attitude within a team setting. Shift pattern includes 4-5 days with 8am–6:30pm hours and some Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Previous reception/customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Answering the phone and updating client records.
• Making appointments and handling enquiries.
• Processing payments and greeting clients and their pets.
• Supporting colleagues in a busy veterinary practice.
• General admin and cleaning duties.
