In this position you’ll manage vehicle order data, handle registrations and taxation, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure every invoice and document is correct first time.

Qualifications

• Strong background in administration in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and digital systems for data handling.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicle order information and documentation are accurate and up to date.
• Handle registrations and taxation for new vehicles with precision.
• Support the sales team from enquiry to handover to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
