Job summary

SIXT is hiring for a part-time Fleet Service role in the United Kingdom. You will be the first and last point of contact for customers, working outdoors in car parks, welcoming customers on arrival and assisting with returns while delivering top-notch service.

The role involves vehicle preparation, paperwork handovers, deliveries and collections between branches, and inspecting vehicles for damage. A driving license with 12+ months of experience is required, with a shift rotation to cover branch

Qualifications

Adaptability in dynamic environments; ability to work under pressure both independently and in a team.
Eye for detail to ensure accurate handover paperwork and vehicle inspections.
Clear and friendly communication with customers in busy settings.
Willingness to work on shift rotation to cover branch hours.
Valid driving license with at least 12 months of driving experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare, clean, and valet vehicles to maintain a high standard for customers.
Complete all necessary handover paperwork with the customer for a smooth transition.
Manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches, ensuring timely service.
Inspect vehicles for damage during collection and return; report issues and complete documentation.
Confirm any damage with customers, have them sign documents, and notify Branch Manager.
