SIXT is seeking a customer-focused Fleet Service team member in the UK. You will be the first and last contact for customers in outdoor car park settings, greeting arrivals and assisting with returns while delivering premium service.

Qualifications

• Adaptability in dynamic environments and ability to work under pressure
• Attention to detail in completing paperwork and vehicle inspections

• Flexibility for shift rotations to cover branch hours
• Valid driving license with at least 12 months driving experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean and valet vehicles to high standards for customers
• Complete handover paperwork with customers for smooth transitions
• Manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches
• Inspect vehicles for damage during collection/return and report issues
• Confirm damages with customers and ensure required documents are signed
• Assist in refueling and support efficient branch operations while representing SIXT
