Job summary

SIXT in the United Kingdom is hiring for a Fleet Service role where you’ll be the first and last point of contact for customers, working outdoors in car parks, welcoming arrivals and assisting with returns while delivering top‑tier service.

You will prepare, clean and valet vehicles, complete handover paperwork, manage deliveries and collections between branches, inspect vehicles for damage and report issues, and ensure proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and ability to work outdoors in a car-park environment.
• Valid driving licence with at least 12 months driving experience.
• Willingness to work in shifts and across branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and valet vehicles to maintain high standards for customers.
• Complete all handover paperwork with customers to ensure a smooth handover.
• Manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches for timely service.
• Inspect vehicles for damage during collection and return; report issues and document findings.
• Confirm damages with customers; ensure documents are signed and notify Branch Manager.
