Job summary

At SIXT in London, join the Fleet Service team to welcome customers on arrival, prepare and valet vehicles, and assist with returns with a focus on first-class service. You’ll work outdoors in car parks and ensure a smooth start to every journey for our customers.

You will manage handovers, inspect vehicles for damage, complete required documentation, and coordinate deliveries and collections between branches, representing the premium SIXT brand with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Adaptability to dynamic environments and working under pressure.
• Keen attention to detail for paperwork and inspections.
• Clear, friendly communication with customers.
• Willingness to work on a shift rotation to cover hours.
• Valid driving license with at least 12 months driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and valet vehicles to high standards.
• Complete handover paperwork with customers for smooth transitions.
• Manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and document issues.
• Confirm damage with customers and obtain signatures.
• Assist in refueling and support branch operations while representing SIXT.
