Job summary

Sixt Rent A Car Limited is seeking a part-time Fleet Service colleague at our Stansted Airport Branch. You will be the first and last point of contact for customers, working outdoors in car parks to welcome arrivals and assist with returns, while upholding SIXT’s premium service standard.

The role includes paperwork, vehicle handovers, and inter-branch deliveries, with a 20-hour work week. You’ll inspect vehicles for damage, sign off with customers, and support refueling and branch operations.

Qualifications

• Flexible to shift rotation to cover branch operating hours.
• Must have a valid driving license and a minimum of 12 months driving experience.
• Be able to work outdoors and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and valet vehicles to maintain a high standard for customers.
• Complete handover paperwork with customers for a smooth transition.
• Manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches to ensure timely service.
• Inspect vehicles for damage during collection/return and report issues with documentation.
• Confirm any damage with customers and ensure necessary documents are signed.
• Assist in refueling vehicles and support efficient branch operations while representing SIXT.
