Job summary

SIXT in London is seeking a friendly Fleet Service assistant to be the first and last point of contact for customers in our car park operations. You’ll welcome arrivals, assist with returns, and ensure top‑class service while working outdoors.

You will handle vehicle handovers, complete paperwork, and coordinate deliveries and collections between branches, while maintaining a premium SIXT standard and driving continuous customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence and at least 12 months driving experience.
• Ability to work outdoors in car parks and handle handover paperwork.
• Strong communication and attention to detail for paperwork and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and valet vehicles to a high standard.
• Complete all handover paperwork with the customer for smooth transitions.
• Manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches for timely service.
• Inspect vehicles for damage during collection/return and document issues.
• Confirm any damage with customers and notify Branch Manager.
