Job summary

SIXT UK is hiring a Valeter/Driver in Shepherds Bush, London. You’ll be the first and last point of contact for customers, prepare, clean and valet vehicles, and complete handovers and paperwork to ensure smooth service.

You’ll work outdoors in car parks, manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches, inspect for damage, and uphold the premium SIXT brand with outstanding customer service. The role offers a starting salary of £28,766.77 per year, a competitive bonus, pension, 22 days

Qualifications

• Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail in paperwork and vehicle inspections.
• Clear communication with customers and colleagues in busy settings.
• Flexibility to work on a shift rotation to cover branch hours.
• Valid driving licence with at least 12 months driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and valet vehicles to maintain a high standard for customers.
• Complete handover paperwork with customers to ensure a smooth transition.
• Manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches for timely service.
• Inspect vehicles for damage during collection/return, report issues and complete documentation.
• Confirm any damage with customers and obtain required signatures.
• Assist in refueling and support efficient branch operations while representing the SIXT brand.
