Job summary

B&Q Wakefield is hiring a TradePoint Customer Advisor on a part-time basis to support our TradePoint members with friendly, knowledgeable service. You will engage customers, listen to their needs and guide them to the right products and services while building lasting relationships.

Shifts run 6:00am–9:00pm across a seven-day rota, including weekends and bank holidays. This role offers an £13.10 per hour rate, with a supportive team, training opportunities, and a focus on delivering great value

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• Able to work a rota including weekends and bank holidays.
• Willing to develop skills through training.

Responsibilities

• Engage with TradePoint members daily to understand needs.
