Job summary

B&Q Limited in Stevenage is seeking a TradePoint Customer Advisor for part-time (15 hours per week) on a 3-month fixed-term contract. You’ll work at the TradePoint counter, engaging with members to understand their business and recommend products and services.

Shifts cover Monday to Sunday, 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, with a store-based location allowance included in the hourly rate of £13.10. A great communicator and team player who can build relationships will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Great communicator and team worker with the ability to get on with colleagues and customers.
• Flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deal with TradePoint members daily and build relationships to understand their business needs.
• Recommend the right products and services for TradePoint members.
