Job summary

B&Q Limited is hiring a TradePoint Customer Advisor for a part-time role (16 hours/week) in the UK. You’ll engage with trade members, understand their business needs and recommend products and services to help their business grow.

Shifts run 8am–8pm, Monday to Sunday. The role offers a £13.10 hourly rate, a pension, ShareSave options, generous holidays, payroll giving and wellbeing benefits, with a focus on diversity and inclusion and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Great communicator and team worker with the ability to get on with colleagues and customers.
• Able to build relationships with customers and spot new business opportunities.
• Willing to participate in training and learn from others; flexible to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle TradePoint counter interactions with trade members, engaging, listening and selling relevant products and services.
• Take ownership of TradePoint members, getting to know their business needs through conversations and recommendations.
• Contribute to great customer experience and promote the Trade loyalty scheme.
