Job summary

Pearson VUE in Exeter, Devon, UK, is hiring a part‑time Test Centre Administrator. The role is permanent, with at least 16 hours per week and shifts including Saturdays, some until 7 PM. Pay is £13.60 per hour, monthly.

Qualifications

• Must have school qualifications in English and Maths.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and check-in customers/test‑taking candidates.
• Comply with exams testing security and procedures and follow company policies.
• Verify customer/candidate identification documents and explain testing rules.
• Proctor / invigilate candidates during exams.
• Troubleshoot with IT and other internal departments to resolve issues.
• Perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
