Job summary

Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is essential.
• Experience with EYFS, KS1 or KS2 curriculum, ideally two of these areas.
• Ability to facilitate transitions between early years play-based learning to structured education and between key stages.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils' learning and development across subjects.
• Clarify instructions and provide necessary materials.
• Address individual needs and promote positive behaviour.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
