As a Teaching Assistant, the role involves supporting pupils' learning and development, clarifying instructions, providing necessary materials, and addressing individual needs. The post-holder will assist across various subjects, promoting positive behaviour, and collaborating with teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
A level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is essential, as is experience with the EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 curriculum (ideally two of these three areas), and the ability to facilitate the transition from early years' play-based learning to the structured education of Key Stage 1, or the transition from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 2.

This role is part-time, term-time only (29 hours per week). The pro-rated salary is £18,364.47pa (£30,266 FTE)
