Pickle, a global learning and development business, seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to shape how we attract, hire and deploy talent. This hands-on, part-time role blends delivery with input on hiring strategy and workforce planning.

Work with senior leaders and the People team to ensure a positive candidate experience, scalable processes and timely hires across functions. Flexible, remote-first working is available for approximately three days per week over a 12-month contract.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and influence decisions.
• Experience implementing and improving recruitment systems and data.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of roles, including client-facing, operational, technical and creative.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and growth plans.
• Improve recruitment processes to be efficient, scalable and data-driven.
• Support permanent, freelance and contractor hiring and onboarding.
