Job summary

Pickle is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to shape how the business attracts, hires and deploys talent in a flexible, remote-first role.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, partner with senior leaders and People teams, and drive workforce planning as the business grows. This is a part-time, 3-days-per-week, 12-month contract with a strong emphasis on impactful, scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in talent acquisition across multiple functions.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing recruitment decisions.
• Experience hiring permanent employees, freelancers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and growth plans.
• Manage sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interviews and pipelines.
• Support permanent, freelance and contractor hiring.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies and process improvements.
