Superdrug Stores plc is seeking a part-time Supervisor in Portslade to lead a fast-paced retail team. The role involves managing day-to-day store operations, driving sales, and delivering outstanding customer service while keeping shelves stocked and tills accurate.

You will motivate staff and support management to hit targets, with flexible shifts across Mon-Sun. Offering 16 hours per week at £13.50 per hour, the position promises opportunities for professional growth and a dynamic team

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service.
• The ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with day-to-day store operations.
• Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service to keep customers returning.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store looking its best, help reduce shrinkage and till errors.
• Motivate the team and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment.
