Job summary

Superdrug is seeking a Supervisor to lead a team at our Lewes store. The role covers 16 hours per week with flexible weekday/weekend shifts, and includes salary of £13.50 per hour. You will support the management team in daily operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service.

The position offers a route to more hours as business needs grow. Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience in fast-paced retail, strong understanding of KPIs, and a willingness to help colleagues develop

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided, not essential).

Responsibilities

• Assist management with day-to-day running of the store.
• Drive sales and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Keep shelves stocked and store presentable; help reduce shrinkage and till errors.
• Support a fast-paced team and lead by example.
