Job summary

TOAST is seeking a Store Manager in Greater London to take full accountability for daily store operations, stock, visuals and customer service, while leading and developing a high-performing team.

You will drive sales, manage payroll, control stock costs and deliver the brand's visual standards, ensuring a safe and efficient back-of-house. The role requires brand ambassador qualities and a proactive approach to coaching and development.

Responsibilities

• Own and be accountable for all store operations and performance.
• Deliver sales, payroll, and stock KPI targets within budgets.
• Develop and coach store team to meet brand standards.
• Maintain Toast's brand visuals and customer service expectations.
• Ensure safe, organized back-of-house operations.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; plan succession.
• Collaborate with Head Office to improve store performance.
• Represent Toast's culture and brand in appearance and behavior.
