Job summary

Beagle is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef at the Beagle. You’ll run a section, lead your kitchen team, and step up in the absence of the Head Chef, bringing passion for great food and guest smiles. Join Vintage Inns, a rural pub collection with roaring log fires and cosy atmosphere.

• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Master the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
