Job summary

RSE is a trusted clean water technology company delivering water treatment products and services across the UK. We are expanding our Integrated Asset Delivery team and seek a Site Administrator for Coniston Wastewater Treatment Works on a fixed-term contract.

You will provide on-site admin support, manage project documentation, and handle data entry in Excel. The role is 20 hours per week over three days, with flexible start times. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent IT skills with MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Organise and prioritise workload effectively
• Willingness and ability to learn new skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce high-quality work
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Full UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities

• Create and organise work packs for project and site teams
• Create and keep site files and documents
• Data entry and ensure Excel is up to date on completion of works
• Complete and file documents, modify as required
• Liaise with project teams and managers; maintain documentation and registers; issue stats/reports
• Carry out other tasks within the post holder's skill set
