Job summary

Children's Hospice South West (CHSW) is seeking a Part-Time Shop Manager's Assistant for the Truro Little Steps Shop. You will work 10 hours per week at £12.71 per hour, supporting the Shop Manager and contributing to a community-focused retail team.

You will serve customers, handle cash, sort and display stock, and follow health and safety procedures. The role involves coordinating with volunteers and maintaining a positive working environment seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Organised and able to manage time effectively.
