Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Grimsby is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor at The Cricketers. You’ll welcome guests, help run the service, and lead a small team to ensure great hospitality.

Qualifications

• Hospitality supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to lead a small team and train staff
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Be part of day-to-day site operations, hosting and serving guests, and confidently leading your team
• Act as shift leader and role model for training
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
