Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc is hiring a Part Time Shift Supervisor at the Shipping Forecast. You’ll welcome guests, lead a small team and ensure smooth service during shifts, while upholding standards and training team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or bar/restaurant preferred.
• Able to lead and train staff.
• Comfortable with fast-paced service.
• Punctual and reliable.

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team
• Be a shift leader
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
