Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor for the Longbridge Mill, Vintage Inns. You will welcome guests, lead a team, and deliver great service in a warm, pub environment.

In this role you will supervise shifts, model training, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety while ensuring guests feel welcome and well cared for.

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team
• Be a shift leader
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
